Matt leads global financial operations across the group’s seven UK and US-based production companies, following his appointment in 2026. In his previous role for Argonon, Matt’s remit spanned the group’s US operations, including production bases in Los Angeles, New York and Oklahoma, and American production companies Leopard USA and Rose Rock Entertainment. His remit included financial oversight of long-running hit series House Hunters International, filmed in 146 countries across six continents, delivering 120 episodes every year. Matt joined the Leopard team in early 2016 assuming the role of Corporate Controller. He brings over 20+ years of experience in accounting & management from multiple industries.
