This week, Vivienne Steele, Head of Production at BriteSpark Films, took part in a panel session discussion, chaired by Bethan Wilkins (Head of Content Delivery at ITV), and also featuring Hamish Ferguson (Creative Director at Passion Documentaries), at Broadcast’s TechFest: Archive and Restoration Forum.
Exploring the role archive plays for producers in documentary programming today, the session covered a range of topics from storytelling to sourcing, and the success of archive-rich documentaries across the world.
Vivienne also discussed BriteSpark’s recent slate of documentaries featuring historic footage, including Porn King: The Rise and Fall of Ron Jeremy and The Billionaires Who Made Our World.
