As Director of HR & Operations, Jen joined Argonon in 2017, returning to media after working in the banking sector. With two decades of HR and payroll expertise, she coaches employees, elevates leadership, and cultivates high-performance cultures. Armed with CIPP and CIPD accreditations, Jen combines professional rigour with a strategic approach to managing people and operations. She oversees payroll systems whilst implementing operational improvements that drive organisational effectiveness.
