Karl serves as Director of Technology at Argonon Group, where he oversees technology operations across international offices in London, Glasgow, New York, and Los Angeles, providing IT for the entire group across continents. With nearly three decades of IT experience, he has been instrumental in scaling Argonon’s technology infrastructure since joining in 2011, successfully leading IT integration during multiple company acquisitions and seamlessly merging systems across diverse business units. His expertise spans cybersecurity enhancement, cloud migrations, AI development for video and audio applications, and comprehensive data migrations that standardise operations across the group. Prior to Argonon, Karl held senior IT positions at multinational corporations including Delphi Automotive and Lucas Varity, where he managed multimillion-pound software contracts and supported hundreds of engineers across EMEA regions, earning him a reputation as the “Swiss-army knife” of IT leadership.
